Why Your Diet for Weight Loss Does Not Work

Why Your Diet for Weight Loss Does Not Work

You work out like crazy, you strictly follow the diet, but your body fat is notgoing anywhere? Well, we have all been there. Many people face the problem called “plateau”—a state of slight increasing or stability of weight regardless ofall your efforts. Before you decide to give it all up, make sure you are not doing one of these things that might cause your current body state. So here are themajor reasons why you are not eating healthy to lose weight
First of all, your weight loss training program  is your biggest enemy. You eat either too much or too little for your fat level to drop. As for the first case, everything is clear. But how can you eat too little and gain weight? The answer is as clever as it is easy: your body thinks the hard times are approaching (as you have been eating less) and turns everything you eat to fat. So the secret is eating just enough.
The second reason may be the fact that you stick to the all-or-nothing ideology. Sadly (or luckily), this approach does not work with our bodies. The metabolism, weight, strength, and other processes change slowly, so even if you endure famine, you are not likely to lose more than 2 kilos a week. And, of course, they will return once you come back to your usual diet. So if you feel nervous, tense, and often think about giving up your current diet, maybe you are just pushing to the limit too hard. Having a day off is a good idea, but do not resort to eating three pizzas, several chocolate bars, and two big burgers instead of a piece of chocolate.
And, the last and most important advice—forget about eating healthy to lose weight  Athletes, fitness coaches, and other people you admire focus on increasing their performance, not reducing their fat levels. Increasing thenumber and intensity of workouts will lead to inevitable fat loss, as you willspend more energy than you consume. Start regarding food as fuel to increase your strength, speed, and endurance indexes, and that ice-cream will not seem so harmful to you anymore. Just spend a month or two slowly losing weight but maintaining your performance, and you will eventually get the body of your dreams.
