Jennifer Lawrence isn't quite ready to play Mystique again. 

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress shared that she's not sure if she'll do another X-Men flick. Her three-picture deal is up following the release of X-Men: Apocalypse and it might be the last we see of her as Mystique, in addition to costars Michael Fassbender (Magneto), James McAvoy (Professor X) and Nicholas Hoult (Beast).

“Fassbender and McAvoy and I were all talking,” she says, “Like, ‘Will you come back?’ ‘I dunno.’ ‘I’ll come back, if you come back.’ Fox should be terrified because the deal we made was like if one of us doesn’t come back, none of us are.”

Though she says she would "love to come back," and adores the fans, it's quite a time commitment. 

"You realize how important your year is, like how important three months out of your year is," she says. "I don’t know. I shouldn’t be that honest.”

Plus, there's no way to pretend it's fun putting on Mystique's body paint. 

"You go in and you realize you’re rock bottom and like this sucks and it could not suck more,” she says. 

Critics despised it and audiences seem lukewarm, but excitement over Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was high enough to propel a monster opening weekend for Warner Bros.

The estimated domestic total is $170.1 million. Assuming that number stands, it's just enough to slay the studio's previous all-time opening record, set by Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 ($169.1 million).

The race is so close that we won't know for sure which one comes out on top until Monday, when the final weekend receipts are tallied. WB's estimate is based on concrete numbers for Friday and Saturday, plus Sunday estimates.

Whether or not the Potter record stands, the box office success for BvS is a validation of the studio's long-term DC Comics plan. The new movie is the first building block in a series that's meant to rival Disney's Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Just don't overlook who the real winner is this weekend: Easter.

Easter weekend hasn't traditionally been a platform for mega-blockbuster launches, but that changed in 2015 when Furious 7 cruised to a record-setting $148.2 million opening. It more than doubled the previous record, set by WB's Clash of the Titans ($61.2 million) in 2010.

The similarly massive opening for BvS breaks Furious 7's Easter total. It is said that "three's a trend," and Fast and Furious 8 is currently poised to be the trend-setter in 2017, with anotherEaster weekend opening for the series.

In the past, the first quarter of any year is generally where questionable box office performers are sent to die. But with more studios warming to the idea of long-term franchise-building, there's not as much freedom to operate during the all-important spring and summer months, when school's out and many people seek respite from the heat.

For two years running, Easter has proven to be an oasis in the first-quarter desert. Furious 7 andBvS were both propelled by committed fanbases and deft hype-building, and in both cases the marketing spend paid off.

Trailing significantly behind BvS is Disney Animation's Zootopia, which looks to close its fourth weekend with an estimated $23.1 million. It's been a monster run so far for the family-friendly animated comedy, with a cumulative $240.5 million domestically as of this weekend, and just shy of $700 million worldwide.

The top five is rounded out by My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 ($18.1 million), Miracles From Heaven ($9.5 million) and The Divergent Series: Allegiant ($9.5 million). 

It's a happy opening for Wedding, which has already eclipsed any of its 2002 predecessor's single weekend performances. The two movies are difficult to compare given the original's four-month run in limited release, but it seems unlikely that the wide-release Wedding 2 will come close to the original's $368.7 lifetime take at the box office.

Allegiant is also worth a mention. It immediately fell flat last weekend, with its opening domestic take coming in at a series-low $37.1 million. The franchise now seems to have fallen off a cliff completely, with less than $10 million earned off of more than 3,700 screens.

Allegiant is the first half of a two-part big screen adaptation of the final book in the young adult series. The Divergent Series: Ascendant is set to bow on June 9, 2017 after it was moved out of its original March release. It may well move again now if Summit and Lionsgate decide that the June 9 slot is better saved for more lucrative opportunities.

Released in 1994, Dumb and Dumber acquired two main comedy stars of the decade, Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels, who played two best friends, Lloyd and Harry. Written by brothers Farrelly, the script was rejected by many studios and actors. They did not like the title, they did not like the script, but in the end, Carrey and Jeff saw the great potential in it, and it turned out they were right.

The voice that Jim Carrey used for this movie was funny itself, and it matched his crazy character extremely well.

The year 1994 was the most successful period for the great comedian Jim Carrey. That was the year he starred in three comedies that were number one at the box office. Among them, The Mask is undoubtedly the funniest one.

The Mask characters are funny in all aspects, especially the “masked” Ipkiss: he sings, dances, makes balloon animals, and he can pull anything out of his pockets. Groundhog Day is a light family comedy that makes you believe not only in miracles but in your own power as well. Phil Connors is the main character of the movie. He is portrayed by one of the most talented comedy actors of all time, Bill Murray.

The plot follows a lawyer who always lies. One day, his son makes a wish for the father never to be able to lie. Senseless is a great teen physical comedy that was released in 1998. The main character of Senseless, a young student Darryl, is portrayed by Marlon Wayans—a talented actor who is famous for such moves as Scary Movie, White Chicks, and G.I. Joe.

The main character is a student who desperately needs some cash. Looking for money, he becomes a guinea pig in a scientific experiment. The serum is meant to enhance all his five senses, but something goes wrong, and the boy keeps “losing” them one by one. Unexpected absence of one sense or another always leads him to funny situations. Another funny character of the movie is Darryl’s neighbor who has many piercings on the most unimaginable parts of his body and adds some “freaky” atmosphere to the movie.

The American Pie franchise is the most famous series of teen comedies. It shows five male friends, their school life, and their problems with girls. The group makes a pact to have sex before graduation. Every character is different. Each of them chooses his own way to complete this agreement. The only problem is that it turns out to be a difficult task.

The movie is a classic teen comedy, but it is also a unique one. It was American Pie that set the tendencies and style for most modern comedies about schools and universities. Guardians director James Gunn tweeted the image, but it's also accompanied by an announcement from Marvel Studios that production has officially begun on Vol. 2, which is set to release on May 5, 2017.

The original lineup of the Guardians is returning: Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper. They're joined by supporting players Michael Rooker (Yondu), Karen Gillan (Nebula) and Sean Gunn (Kraglin) as well as newcomers Pom Klementieff (Oldboy), Elizabeth Debicki (Everest), Chris Sullivan (The Knick) and Kurt Russell (he's Kurt f*cking Russell, folks).

Marvel hasn't officially confirmed the identities of the four new cast members, though Gunnconfirmed on Twitter that Klementieff is playing Mantis. The character has a long, convoluted comic book history that actually includes appearances in DC, Eclipse and Image comics, but more recent iterations of Mantis frame her as telepathic headshrinker for the Guardians team.

Little is known about the Guardians sequel beyond the fact that it will dig deeper into Peter "Star-Lord" Quill's personal history, specifically who his father is and why he's important. For those that don't remember, the movie version of Quill never knew his father and only has his mother's deathbed description — that dear, old dad is actually an angel made of light — to go on.

While this promo shot doesn't come from the movie, Groot's size in the image suggests that the sequel picks up only a short time after the events of the first movie. Of course, Groot is also a fictional tree-alien, so who really knows how long it really takes him to grow beyond his sprout size?

Martin Scorsese created a legend—he shot one of the greatest films about boxing, Raging Bull. The movie is about a popular professional boxer Jake LaMotta, who performed in the 40s. Moreover, De Niro portrayed the sportsman who is worth sympathy. Jake LaMotta watched Scorsese’s film. As a result, the film Raging Bull helped the popular sportsman understand how wasteful and careless he was with his life.
