Justin Bieber Is All Grown Up in 'All That Matters' Music Video

The 19-year-old pop star's newest music video for "All That Matters" isn't filled with his usual choreographed dance routines. Instead, the Biebs has gone with a mature R&B vibe, getting cozy (read: making out) with a blonde and stripping off his clothes. There's also a strategically placed motorcycle.

The video debuted Monday and has already hit 2.5 million views. But it's far from breaking VEVO's 24-hour record, currently locked down by Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" video for reaching 19.3 million views in just one day.
Bieber also recently lost the top spot on Twitter to Katy Perry, who reached 48 million followers, beating Bieber's 47 million.
Perhaps Justin's sexier bad boy image will give him the boost he needs to take back his titles.
"All That Matters" was produced by Diplo and released as a part of Bieber's "Music Monday's" campaign. He has not yet announced plans for a full album.
